Abstract submission guidelines

Abstracts for oral or poster presentations must be submitted by April 23, 2026

⚠️ Abstracts from authors not registered by the registration deadline will be withdrawn from the program. 

Submission Guidelines

To submit an abstract, please follow the steps below:

1. Create an account

Create an account (if you do not already have one) on scienceconf.org or directly via this conference website (Login button at the top right). In both cases, you will receive an email with a link to confirm the creation of your account.

Important:

  • If you already have an account on HAL or Episciences, the same account can be used to access Sciencesconf.org. There is no need to create a new account.

  • If you are unsure whether you already have an account, please note that an account is associated with an email address. When entering your email address in the account creation form, the system will indicate whether the address is already in use.

  • If needed, you can recover your password here: https://portal.sciencesconf.org/user/lost

  • Account information will be deleted after the symposium.

2. Create a submission

  • Log in to your account via this EUREF conference website.
  • Go to My space > My submissions and click on “Submit an abstract”.
  • !! If you are already registered, please enter your registration number in the comments section when submitting. !!

Scientific Program

  • Session 1: Collaborations and sustainability  (Martin Lidberg, Lennard Huisman)

The aim of this session is to highlight and discuss current and potential EUREF collaborations, as well as to discuss the sustainability of European geodetic infrastructure. Contributions describing joint projects or objectives with various institutions are particularly welcome.

  • Session 2: Activities of the EUREF Governing Board (Carine Bruyninx, Wolfgang Söhne)

This session will provide an overview of the activities undertaken by the EUREF governing board, its coordinators and Working Group Chairs.

  • Session 3: National and Local Activities (Karin Kollo, Bruno Garayt)

National reports and national activities (campaigns etc). (both in oral and poster format)
This session is devoted to practices, projects and initiatives related to the implementation and use of the geodetic reference system (geometric and vertical) at national and local levels. Contributions about recent individual national  initiatives, campaigns,  projects and highlighting how individual countries and regions have developed and applied EUREF frameworks, standards and practices are of particular interest for this session.

  • Session 4: Open Session: Research, Innovation, Project and Future Perspective (Juliette Legrand, Joachim Schwabe)

This session aims to provide a forum for all developments, research and results of a theoretical, methodological or practical nature. We also welcome contributions that use or improve EUREF data and products, with a particular focus on advancing geodetic methods that will shape the future of geodesy.

  • Poster Session: Open poster session and National Reports (Andrzej Araszkiewicz, Xavier Collilieux)

This session brings together all contributions that will be presented as posters, whether they are national reports that are not being presented as an oral presentation or initiatives or projects that may be of interest to the EUREF community.

 

Note: Abstracts may be moved from one session to another by the Scientific Committee if necessary.
